Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy from haramaynesim.com. By buying, you agree to these terms.
What we sell. We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for use while traveling. Plans give you mobile data only, not voice calls or SMS, unless the plan page says otherwise.
Compatibility. Your phone must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. It’s your responsibility to check this before buying.
Delivery and installation. After payment, we email you a QR code and install instructions, usually within minutes. Keep the QR code private. If you delete the eSIM from your phone, you can reinstall it on the same device using the same QR code, as long as the plan is still valid. An eSIM can’t be moved to a different device.
Activation and validity. Your eSIM must be activated within 180 days of purchase. After activation, your plan is valid for the length shown on its plan page. Data allowances and any daily limits are as listed on the plan page.
Coverage and speeds. Service depends on local mobile networks. We can’t guarantee speed, coverage in every location, or uninterrupted service, especially in crowded areas and at peak times.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details. Promo codes can’t be combined unless stated.

Acceptable use. Plans are for personal use on phones and similar devices. Don’t use them for anything illegal, to abuse the network, or to resell without our permission. Unusual or heavy use, such as running routers, dongles or other devices, or using up your data in a very short time, may be slowed or suspended by our network provider at their discretion.
Liability. We provide the service “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan. We aren’t responsible for losses from network outages, lost or stolen devices, or missed connections.
Changes. We may update these terms or our plans. The terms in force when you buy apply to your order.
